Shipping Policy – PowPill
Orders that are placed on Powpill.com are shipped via international Express & something called the registered shipping method. The Orders which are placed are all targeted to be shipped in just 72 hours post-payment when cleared from your end. The package might be all shipped from one of our international depots located outside of the USA.
Registered Shipping: Well delivery timeframe for the good shipment is 15 to 21 business days. It shall all help you get that tracking movement only after 7 to 10 days from the date of shipping.
Also note: Packages that are shipped through registered shipping might have limited online tracking. There is just no movement seen on the tracking number, and we assure you that the package is in transit and shall be delivered soon to your doorstep.

We assure to provide the highest quality service when the package is well incomplete from the delivery side, also provide details and proper evidence to (support those emails) or contact the Customer Service team as soon as it is possible.
Missed Delivery of Orders
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an appropriate and valid address while one can place the order.
Packages that are having incorrect/insufficient addresses shall be all redirected to the Dead letter section of those respective local postal services.
Along with every attempt it is ensured that safe and secured delivery in just 21 business days (Standard Shipping) and 14 business days (Express Shipping) from the shipping date is given on placing of the order. Postal delays might take place due to some public holidays, bad weather, and airline schedule disruptions. The Customer Service team can also help in providing the latest delivery times.
All goods are packaged well and discreetly. Contents that cannot be identified from the packaging, shall be of no reference or markings of identifying the contents.
One shall replace any of the orders which shall not be successfully delivered:

- 21 business days from the shipping date might have lapsed (approx. 30 days)
