www.powpill.com is an online pharmacy. This website has committed itself to yield 100% satisfaction to its customers. We strive to avoid instances that require refund as well as return of pharmaceutical goods.
In addition to the above, we also work to avoid cancellation of orders from our customers. But, in some one-off instances, there can be reasons for a dealer or a customer to seek a refund, return of goods or cancel an order. We affirm that our refund and cancellation of order policy is applicable to the following instances –

– In the event of any disputes and complaints thereof
– Unavailability of drugs
– Cancellation of order(s) by the customer(s)
– Non-receipt of payments from customers and / or dealers
As per your request, we will ship a replacement or process a refund if your order is not delivered to you or if it has been damaged during transit. On the other hand, upon receipt of a partially fulfilled order, we will process a refund in full and then charge you only for the products you received. You are requested to provide us with a time span of thirty (30) business days i.e., from the date of shipping the order to you.
However, upon lapse of thirty (30) days and if you have not obtained the delivery or have not received a notification(s) of your order(s) is being held back or is routed back to the sender, you are requested to contact the website. On receipt of your request, this website will act on it in a prompt manner.
If there are instances wherein you are not satisfied with the products you received, you are advised to contact this website before the lapse of forty five (45) days from the date of receiving the drugs you ordered. A replacement will be offered free of cost or a refund will be processed. However, requests for refund or a replacement received after forty five (45) days from the date of delivery will never be entertained by this website.
